Total laparoscopic spleenectomy
تم بفضل الله استئصال كلى للطحال بالمنظار الجراحى يوم 12فبراير
و المريضة فى صحة طيبة
عدد الصفائح الدموية ارتفع و عادالى الطبيعى
Total laproscopic spleenectomy was done for the first time in 12 February for a female patient with ITP.platlet count preoperative was 15.000 .and reached 250.000 on the third postoperative day.
Patient was dicharghed and came for follow up and removal of stitches.

It is ideal for ITP, in fact shall be the first choice in the coming future for our patients, since it is adopted in the US since more than 13 years. So good luck
